Listed are several rules that must be in place, whether it is for insurance purposes, general safety, or in being able to run the event smoothly.
Booths must be open and staffed during the shows at all times. Booths are not to be dismantled earlier than event closing time without show management approval. All vehicles must be removed from show area one half hour prior to show opening and not returned to area until show ends.
Vendors must keep their areas clean and neat during market hours, including final clean up at the end of the day. The Gathering Goose will not be responsible for refunds or any liabilities for the failure to fulfill this contract due to the location of the show being destroyed by fire or other calamity, or by any Act of God, public enemy, strikes, ordinances, or any legal authority, or any cause beyond its control. Show is held rain or shine. No refunds for cancellations. No refunds for no show – no call.
Vendors shall be liable for delivery, handling, erection/ removal of their display and materials. Vendors found in violation of these rules may be excluded from future shows at management’s sole discretion. No refunds will be provided. Under no circumstances (including negligence) shall The Gathering Goose be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from such action.
Vendors must have a Facebook or a social media presence to be able to share all events and share other vendors post.
Failure to follow these rules or exhibiting crude or abusive behavior may/will result in termination of your involvement in future shows.
Our events are not a flea market event. These events are marketed as high end events. Please consider your tent design and set up. A 11x11 space will be provided by show management. Tents are recommended for monthly events and required for special events. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, seating, tents, etc. Please bring plastic tarps or coverings for your item’s protection in case of bad weather. Tent weights are highly recommended. Table covers are required.
All of our events, at this time, are outdoor events.
Costs
Costs and Fees -Operating - August- June, 2018- 2019 is $35
· Special Events-Separate Application 2 day events $125-$185 TBD per location
Discounts will be given to those who choose to pay by month, quarter, or by year. This will be for 1st Saturdays and for third Saturday events only. All monies must be prepaid by the 16th prior to the event.
1. Vendors who pay for 3 events up to 5 events, will be discounted to $30 per event.
2. Vendors who pay for 6 events up to 10 events, will be discounted to $25 per event.
